Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will handle customer inquiries, manage and process reservations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and support sales efforts with the aim of maximizing bookings and revenue. On a daily basis, this role will involve close communication with clients, maintaining accuracy in reservation systems, and delivering a professional customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and ensuring accuracy in all booking-related tasks.
• Sales expertise, including the ability to upsell and contribute to the organization's revenue goals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform well in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and familiarity with revenue management practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
