Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Assistant located in New Delhi. The Reservations Assistant will handle daily tasks such as managing reservations, responding to reservation inquiries, updating reservation systems, and maintaining records of room availability. The role includes providing excellent customer service, communicating with guests and hotel staff, upselling hotel services, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

• Sales skills and the ability to upsell services
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in reservation management systems
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is desirable
