Reservations Assistant

Joey's Hostel is looking for a Reservations Assistant to join our team in Agra. As a Reservations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations, handling booking inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your daily responsibilities will include answering guest queries, processing booking requests, maintaining reservation systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong reservations and reserves management skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and experience in sales and support activities. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, and previous experience in the hospitality industry. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
