Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with hotel industry trends and best practices.
