Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reservation Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate reservation staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
Analyze and report on reservation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
A graduate degree in any field is required.
