Reservations Executive (On-site) — India
Industry: Hospitality — Full-service hotel & resort sector serving both leisure and corporate guests across India. We specialise in reservations, group bookings, corporate accounts, and OTA channel management to maximise occupancy and revenue.Join Grand Continent Hotels as a Reservations Executive to manage incoming bookings, optimize room inventory across channels, and deliver exceptional guest-first service at our on-site reservation centre.Role & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound reservation enquiries across phone, email and OTA portals; confirm bookings accurately and promptly.
  • Manage room inventory and rates in the Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservation System (CRS) to minimise leakage and maximise occupancy.
  • Process group and corporate bookings, manage rooming lists, contract details and follow up on deposits and cancellations.
  • Upsell room categories, F&B add-ons and ancillary services to improve ADR and total booking value.
  • Maintain accurate guest folios, take payments (cash/card), and coordinate billing with front office and accounting teams.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally, liaise with operations for special requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 1–3 years experience in hotel reservations, front office or call-centre reservations (on-site).
  • Hands-on experience with a Property Management System (OPERA or equivalent) and basic CRS/GDS exposure.
  • Strong phone etiquette, written English, and ability to manage multiple booking channels (OTA/GDS/email).
  • Proven upselling and cross-sell capability with goal-driven approach to revenue targets.
  • Accurate data entry, billing experience, and basic MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook).

Preferred

  • Experience with channel managers and OTA portals (Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip) and rate loading.
  • Familiarity with group bookings, corporate contracts and knowledge of basic revenue-management principles.
