Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Researcher based in Mumbai. The Researcher will conduct primary and secondary research, prepare detailed research reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Gather relevant information on macro-economic data, industry, companies
• Analyse and maintain data on various aspects
• Conduct competitor analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Ideate on topics that can support in building thought leadership content for our clients
• Data analysis of industry numbers, macros, equity and debt market indicators, sectoral analysis
• Present findings and insights to clients and engage with them on a regular basis

Daily tasks include data collection, analysis, and synthesis of information from various sources. The Researcher will collaborate with content teams to deliver precise and impactful research findings and may also contribute to creating technical content pieces including presentations, newsletters, reports, thought leadership articles.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in primary and secondary research, data collection, and analysis
• Mandatory: Understanding of financial services - mutual fund, PMS, AIF, wealth management
• Understanding of macro economics, capital markets
• Ability to collaborate with consulting teams and support business-critical decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in creating technical and highly researched content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Experience in the consulting or research industry is preferred
