Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Research Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on 

  labour market trends

  , skill shortages, and international recruitment policies
• Analyze data from reliable sources (government, industry reports, databases) and prepare actionable insights
• Benchmark best practices in 

  international recruitment, training, and integration

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports

   for stakeholders and clients
• Assist in identifying potential 

  partners, institutions, and business opportunities

• Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in 

  Business, Economics, HR, International Relations, or related fields

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ability to present findings in a clear, structured manner

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

   (German knowledge is an advantage)
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about international business and recruitment
