Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Research Intern to support our business development and strategic initiatives. The intern will work closely with our leadership team to conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare reports that directly contribute to our expansion in Germany, Austria, and India. Key Responsibilities Conduct research on labour market trends , skill shortages, and international recruitment policies Analyze data from reliable sources (government, industry reports, databases) and prepare actionable insights Benchmark best practices in international recruitment, training, and integration Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholders and clients Assist in identifying potential partners, institutions, and business opportunities Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, HR, International Relations, or related fields Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to present findings in a clear, structured manner Good written and verbal communication skills in English (German knowledge is an advantage) Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about international business and recruitment What We Offer Hands-on experience in international business and recruitment consulting Opportunity to work directly with leadership and contribute to real projects Exposure to the Germany–India–Austria talent ecosystem Certificate of internship and potential for full-time opportunities upon performance
