Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jalandhar, for a Research and Development Specialist in the field of leather. The specialist will engage in designing, analyzing, and executing research projects. Daily tasks include conducting market and product research, developing innovative solutions, and applying laboratory techniques to create and test new products. Collaboration with other teams and effective communication of findings are fundamental aspects of this role. The individual will also ensure compliance with company and industry standards related to product development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience with Research and Laboratory Skills to support material and product development processes
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting research outcomes
• A detail-oriented and innovative mindset for problem-solving in R&D initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience in manufacturing or export industries is a plus
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
