Role Overview:

The Research Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by conducting in-depth market, industry, and product research in the education and career guidance domain. The role involves transforming research insights into actionable inputs for content, product development, marketing, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in career guidance and education services.

Support content and marketing teams with verified data, insights, and topic ideation for blogs, reports, and digital campaigns.

Analyze data from surveys, assessments, and digital platforms to generate actionable insights and maintain dashboards.

Benchmark products and services against competitors and prepare structured comparison and analysis reports.

Create research reports, presentations, and documentation for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Support product development through research, user feedback analysis, and documentation for new features.

Contribute to the development and refinement of life skills curriculum and learning modules.
