Research And Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine

   cell culture of primary and secondary mammalian cell lines

   .
2. Process

   blood samples from healthy donor

   as well as patients for the

   isolation of primary cells.

3. Execute routine experiments for cell culture, nucleofection, differentiation, cell sickling, CFU assay.
4. Conduct characterization of edited primary cells and CFU colonies.
5. Provide support to the analytical team for sample preparation of HPLC, LC-MS, FACS, etc.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments in lab notebooks or electronic systems, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) including preparation of EOP, SOP, MDR, PDR, TR, BR and other reports.
7. Perform data analysis using software tools for experimental results, such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, or similar programs and routine report preparation of experiments and presentation for team meetings or internal reviews.
8. Participate in training programs and regular discussion with supervisor to improve knowledge of cell and gene therapy and analytical methods.
9. Work with cross-functional teams, such as molecular biology, analytical and quality control, to ensure smooth project execution.
10. Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor / head of the department.
