Computational Biologist

As a Computational Structural Biologist at our company, you will be a part of an innovative team working on cutting-edge projects with a significant impact on patient care and medical research. Your responsibilities will include: - Computer aided drug discovery for hit identification. - Protein engineering. - De novo protein design and computational evaluation. - Developing and implementing computational models to study protein structures. - Computational antibody engineering. - Conducting molecular docking, dynamics simulations, and free-energy calculations. - Collaborating with experimental scientists to validate computational predictions. - Maintaining and optimizing computational pipelines for high-throughput analysis. - Data Analysis and Interpretation. - Writing and presenting research findings in scientific reports and publications/patents. You should have the following skills and qualifications: - Master's degree/PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational structural biology. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, or Java. - Strong expertise in structural modeling tools (e.g., Rosetta, PyMOL, Chimera). - Experience in docking (Glide, AutoDock Vina, HADDOCK) and molecular dynamics simulations (AMBER, GROMACS, Desmond) etc. - Experience in downstream analysis tools such as MMPBSA, FEP. - Immunoinformatic, computational protein engineering tools.
