Research And Development Engineer

As a highly motivated and innovative R&D Engineer with expertise in electronics, electrical logic, and industrial instrumentation, your role at Aster Technologies & Controls LLP will involve improving existing products, designing new solutions, and driving technological advancements. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Innovation & Development - Translate market requirements and customer feedback into functional designs - Develop prototypes and evaluate new technologies - Improvement of Existing Products - Analyze products to enhance performance, reliability, accuracy, and cost-efficiency - Troubleshoot issues and implement engineering improvements - Research & Technical Exploration - Conduct in-depth research on new components and technologies - Stay updated with emerging technologies like IoT-enabled instrumentation - Engineering Design & Development - Work with analog and digital electronics, PCB design, embedded systems, and electrical logic circuits - Develop test procedures, reports, and product documentation - Project Ownership & Collaboration - Lead R&D projects from concept to implementation - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, QA, and sales teams - Market Awareness & Requirement Mapping - Analyze industry trends and customer applications - Identify opportunities for new products in line with market expectations - Compliance & Quality - Ensure designs adhere to relevant standards - Support certifications and compliance testing for new products Skills Required: **Technical Skills:** - Ability to use engineering tools and conduct testing - Experience in technical documentation including BOMs, schematics, and test procedures **Non-Technical Skills:** - Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills - Self-motivation, ownership, market awareness, and strong collaboration and communication skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering - 4+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or electronics design If you are passionate about research, product development, and innovation in the field of instrumentation engineering, you are encouraged to apply by sending your resume to hr@astertechnologies.in with the subject line "Application - R&D Engineer".,
