✨ What you’ll do:

• Lead the

  research, design, and development

  of new modular furniture products and components.
• Conduct

  reverse engineering

  to improve product design, performance, and manufacturability.
• Create

  2D and 3D models

  using

  AutoCAD (mandatory)

  and

  ZWCAD/Pytha (preferred)

  .
• Perform

  simulation and analysis

  for structural strength and material behavior.

• Select and evaluate materials

  such as steel, aluminum, and modular furniture components.
• Collaborate with

  production, purchase, quality, and marketing teams

  to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation

  .
• Oversee

  prototype development and testing

  to ensure quality standards.
• Research and implement

  new technologies and manufacturing methods

  for continuous innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Mechanical Engineering

  ,

  Industrial Design

  , or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in product design or R&D (preferably in modular furniture).
• Strong knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  ; familiarity with

  ZWCAD/Pytha

  is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of

  mechanical design principles

  ,

  materials

  , and

  manufacturing processes

  .
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
