About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  new X-ray generator architectures

  (LF/HF, mobile, handheld, fixed).
• Develop and debug

  custom PCBs

  for power, control, and imaging circuits.
• Integrate

  Flat Panel Detectors (FPDs)

  and optimize DICOM communication and image pipelines.
• Work on

  RTOS and embedded systems

  for motion control, exposure timing, and safety interlocks.
• Develop

  Raspberry Pi-based controllers

  for low-cost imaging applications and IoT connectivity.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for full product integration and testing.
  
• Document design processes, validation data, and compliance reports for regulatory submissions (AERB/CDSCO).
  
• Liaise with vendors and component suppliers to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  analog/digital electronics

  ,

  microcontrollers

  , and

  embedded C/C++

  .
• Experience with

  PCB design software

  (preferably Altium Designer or KiCad).
• Hands-on understanding of

  RTOS

  ,

  IC/SPI/UART communication

  , and

  hardware debugging tools

  (oscilloscope, logic analyzer).
• Familiarity with

  Raspberry Pi

  or

  ARM-based SBCs

  for device integration.
• Exposure to

  X-ray imaging systems

  HV circuits

  FPD interfaces

  is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of

  Python

  or

  MATLAB

  for data acquisition or image processing is a plus.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech

  in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• 2–5 years

  of relevant experience in medical electronics, embedded systems, or imaging hardware.
