Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Design

  • Design and develop optical systems for LED lighting products.
  • Work on lens design, reflector design, and light distribution optimization.
  • Support NPD projects from concept to final product release.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design documents.

  • Testing & Validation

  • Conduct photometric testing and optical performance evaluation.
  • Work with integrating spheres, goniophotometers, and other testing equipment.
  • Analyze test data to improve product efficiency, uniformity, and output.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure products meet BIS, CE, LM-79, LM-80, and other compliance standards.
  • Support certification and documentation requirements.

5. Research & Innovation

  • Evaluate new materials, optics, and LED technologies.
  • Drive improvements in lighting performance, thermal management, and optical efficiency.
