Research And Development Engineer

As an R&D Trainee (Electronics) at our company in Delhi, you will have the opportunity to join the Lighting Product Development team. This entry-level role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in LED drivers, PCB design, and product testing while closely working with senior engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and development of LED driver circuits and PCBs. - Support prototyping, soldering, and lab testing of electronic assemblies. - Perform basic electrical and thermal tests following LM79, LM80, BIS/CE/UL standards. - Prepare test reports and maintain design documentation. - Research new electronic components and technologies suitable for lighting applications. - Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams for validation. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering. - Basic knowledge of PCB design using Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, or similar software. - Strong understanding of electronic circuits and LED driver concepts. - Problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to learn. - Good teamwork and documentation skills.
