Role Overview: As a Marketing Team Leader in the industrial product sales sector, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business. Your role involves allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring team efficiency in achieving set targets. Additionally, you will drive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit, create and execute strategies to improve the conversion ratio through customer engagement and technical support, provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products, troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for technical correspondence, build and sustain a strong rapport with clients across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore, and maintain and update various sales reports, MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts ensuring timely submission of reports to management.
