Basic Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry Honors, PhD or MTech in Rubber Technology, Polymer Technology, or

allied fields.

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in R&D activities related to new adhesive formulations and product development.

• Support lab trials, prototype preparation, and performance testing.

• Collaborate with senior scientists to develop solutions in HMPSA, HMA chemistries.

• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and results.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge or interest in adhesive chemistries, especially HMPSA, HMA.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

• Strong willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

• Clear communication skills.
