Now, we’re hiring a Research Technical Analyst who can decode charts, simplify signals, and empower our community with insights that convert into real-world trades.

What You’ll Do

As Richie’s Technical Analyst, you’ll be the nerve center of our daily trade analysis and strategy planning. This is not a behind-the-scenes desk job — it’s a high-visibility, high-impact role with live audiences and real-time trading decisions.

Daily Market Coverage

• Share pre-market, intraday & post-market views (Nifty, BankNifty, Stocks, Options)
• Analyze price action, volume, OI, breakouts, FII flows & data narratives
• Publish daily strategy notes and trade levels to our users

Strategy Research & Development

• Build & backtest swing/intraday/positional strategies
• Use tools like TradingView & Chartink to scan setups
• Maintain a strategy log and performance dashboard

Content + Education

• Break down technicals into visual reports, bite-sized videos, and trading guides
• Collaborate with our content team to create technical modules, market updates, and Telegram alerts
• Host live Zoom sessions or screen-recorded explainers

Advisory Support

• Flag high-conviction opportunities to the trading community
• Assist the founder and senior strategist with live trade planning
• Help refine Richie’s research IP and internal decision frameworks

Tools You’ll Work With

• Must-Have: TradingView, Chartink, Excel/Sheets, Telegram, Google Docs

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of hands-on technical analysis or trading desk experience
• Strong command over price action, indicators, chart structures, and F&O data
• You write clear, logical market views — and can explain them in plain English
• Passion for markets: you enjoy decoding patterns, not just reporting numbers
• Bonus if you’ve built scanners or authored your own trading journal/content
