Candidate must be a
graduate
from a recognized institution.
Should have
at least 6 months of experience
in
international calling
(voice process).
Must have
excellent communication skills
in English, both verbal and written.
Should be confident in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Must have a good understanding of international customer service standards and etiquette.
Should be able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple calls professionally.
Must be target-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
