As an Investment Banking Analyst in the Investment Research department based in Mumbai, you will report to the Head of Research. To be successful in this role, you should hold a graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed institution and possess over 3 years of investment banking/equity research experience with investment banks, sell-side firms, or KPOs. Your hands-on experience should cover areas such as equity modeling/valuation, initiation coverage notes, investment idea generation, industry research, pitchbooks, peer comps, precedent transaction comps, and M&A valuation. Proficiency in financial/cash flow modeling, analytical writing, idea generation, and specialization in multiple industries are desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, proven client management experience, and familiarity with 3rd party databases are essential requirements.
