Job Description

We’re Hiring: Analyst – CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) | Mumbai

Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

What You’ll Do:

Underwrite
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions
and prepare detailed asset summary reports.
Analyze property and market characteristics, strengths, and risks of transactions.
Work on
financial modelling, valuation methods, and financial statement analysis
.
Gain exposure to
securitization, asset management, and structured finance.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in
Asset Management, Real Estate/Warehouse Management, Credit Analysis, or Commercial Loan Management.
Strong understanding of
CRE property types, valuation methods, and CMBS concepts
(DY, DSCR, LTV).
Background in
Finance/Accounting
(UG in Finance, CA/CMA Inter preferred).
Proficiency in
MS Office
; financial modelling skills are a plus.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
