Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for hotel roles. 6. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms. 7. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
