Seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage all HR activities, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and skill enhancement programs.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Exit Procedures: Manage resignation, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
