Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and timely replenishment of products across The Organic World stores by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and aligning with the merchandising and operations team. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, reducing stock-outs, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and inventory turnover across categories.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of products to all stores as per sales movement and planograms.
  • Work closely with suppliers/vendors for order placements, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth stock movement.
  • Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to balance availability and working capital.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify variances, damages, or expiries.
  • Analyze demand patterns and seasonal trends to forecast replenishment needs.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to support promotions, new launches, and fast-moving SKUs.
  • Track key KPIs such as stock-out percentage, inventory days of cover, and fill rates.
  • Ensure compliance with The Organic World’s quality and freshness standards.



Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or supply chain (FMCG/Retail preferred).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of organic and natural product categories will be an added advantage.
