As an executive in the Sales team, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients. You will collaborate closely with the Sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience and proactively identify and address potential risks. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, conducting regular check-ins with key clients, and serving as the main point of contact during the renewal process. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients. - Collaborate with Sales teams for a seamless renewal experience. - Proactively identify and address potential renewal risks. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process. - Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients. - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Maintain accurate records and documentation. - Evaluate and renew policies for clients. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and trends effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office suite. - Prior experience in handling renewals is a plus.
