Key Responsibilities

• Audit customer contracts and subscriptions: Bridging the gaps between our contracts repository and subscription / billing data, this role is responsible for auditing the data available for every customer and keeping a record of discrepancies found between the systems.
• This role is also in charge of making approved corrections in the systems, as the identified gaps are reviewed and processed.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B organizations in roles with exposure to SaaS / contracting.
• High attention to detail and organization skills.
• Willing to juggle many things at once and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with SaaS contracts would be considered a great asset.
