The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a content writer within the IT services industry and possess expertise in tools like Confluence, Microsoft Word, Grammarly, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, ActiveCampaign, or their equivalents. Experience in collaborating closely with marketing teams and a solid understanding of various technical aspects such as software platforms, e-commerce, content management, data management, analytics, and mobile applications will be highly beneficial.
