As a Sales Executive in our team based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for our existing clients. Your primary role will involve collaborating with the Sales teams to ensure a smooth and seamless renewal experience for our valued customers. Proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks related to renewals will be a key part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will be required to develop and implement effective strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention rates. Regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients will be essential to maintaining strong customer relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the renewal process, ensuring that any inquiries or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients, keeping them informed and engaged. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients will also be part of your role. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client renewals is crucial for this position. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our sales team and manage annual renewals effectively. Your responsibilities will include sending timely reminders to customers, assisting them with upgrades, and sharing renewal trends with the product, sales, and marketing teams. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required for this role.
