About the role

• Meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Generate renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Arcserve maintenance and subscription renewal.
• Maintain accurate and timely forecasts on a rolling 120-day basis.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Leverage an understanding of partner and customer success principles, approaches and metrics when working with at-risk partners and customers.

Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success, together with reseller partners and internal sales teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years in customer facing roles including renewals, Inside sales, account management, customer support, etc.
• Prior experience in working with Latin America customers is preferred.
• A minimum of C1/C2 Level certiication / Advance Degree or Diploma in Portuguese required.
• Ability to work in the evening shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed to build the strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and business partners, which will be critical to success.
• Experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlines.
• Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
• Highly skilled at managing time between calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach.
• Proficiency with Excel, & Salesforce
