Create detailed test plans and specifications based on risk assessments, customer requirements, and industry standards. Analyze test results and communicate key findings to project stakeholders. Write and review test reports; develop accurate and comprehensive product data sheets. Author scientific papers and present products at industry fairs and conferences. Willingness to travel occasionally (~20%), primarily within Europe and Asia. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your ability to optimize module and pack lifetime by adjusting usage parameters and conveying test results through data manipulation and visualization will be crucial. Furthermore, you will create models to simulate battery performance at different stages of life, perform cell-level dissection analysis to identify energy and power losses mechanisms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal cell chemistry and design for electric vehicle applications.
