How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The role will be responsible to operate & monitor the Primary Plants as per daily production plan at best efficiency level while in complete compliance with AL Group’s safety, reliability and efficiency guidelines. This also includes to conduct daily maintenance activities and support the Maintenance team to perform scheduled activities, with the objective of maintaining safety and reliability of the plant, while minimizing its down time. To develop & practice standard procedures (SOPs, WIs etc.) for safe, reliable & efficient plant operations. Active participation at the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations & implementation of corrective action plans. Active self-efforts to develop own competencies at plant operations, with the objective that he/ she) will be qualified to start-up, & run complete plant without supervision.
