Reliability Engineer

As a Reliability Engineer at dsm-firmenich, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of equipment by applying various methods such as FMEA, RCM, RCA, PMO, RBM, DMAIC or PDCA, ATS (Analytics Trouble Shooting). Your responsibilities will include: - Calculating, analyzing, and preparing reports on key metrics like Availability, Technical Availability, Reliability, OEE. - Developing a maintenance plan to enhance equipment performance and reliability. - Collaborating with the Maintenance manager to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance plan. - Supporting in specifying maintenance policy, technical requirements, Asset portfolio management, and contract performance indicators. - Analyzing test reports and liaising with relevant teams on outcomes. - Utilizing SAP PM module for tasks like preparing maintenance plans, creating material master, Asset list, BOM, Min Max spares inventory, etc. - Working closely with the Engineering store and spare management for effective maintenance operations. You should possess: - B.E. / B. Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 3 - 7 years of relevant industrial experience. - Strong knowledge in Reliability engineering and SAP PM module. - Proficiency in safety practices. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, and learning abilities.
