Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Release Manager to manage and coordinate the software release process across multiple teams and environments. The ideal candidate will ensure that releases are delivered on time, with high quality, and with minimal disruption to operations. You will work closely with development, QA, operations, and product teams to plan, schedule, and control software delivery. You will play a key role in driving the successful execution of our product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment across teams, managing risk, and continuously improving the release process. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end release process for software and infrastructure deploymentsacross multiple environments. Define and document release schedules, release plans, change management processesand communication strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, Operations) to ensure alignment and readiness. Monitor and manage risks,changes and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality. Ensure all documentation, testing, and approvals are completed prior to deployment. Facilitate release go/no-go meetings, retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Track and report on release metrics, status updates, and post-release outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Contribute to the evolution of release tools, practices, and frameworks for scalability and efficiency. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 10+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, or technical project management. Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, Confluence, and release automation frameworks. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex releases and dependencies in parallel. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Preferred technical and professional experience Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum (e.g. PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe), ITIL or formal change management processes.
