We are now looking for a Seasoned Release Manager with strong DevOps exposure to orchestrate and optimize release cycles for mission-critical systems across the insurance domain. Role Overview As a core member of our Environments and Implementation team, you will: Own and manage complex release pipelines in a fast-paced DevOps environment. Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth transitions across non-production and production environments. Plan and orchestrate production implementations, mitigate risks, and resolve post-release issues. Continuously identify process improvements through automation, tooling upgrades, and roadmap contributions. What You Bring 6–12 years of Release Management experience, preferably in a DevOps context. Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and platforms: Jenkins, Git, Azure Portal, AKS, Mulesoft . Familiarity with observability and service tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence . Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimsCenter and the insurance domain is a strong advantage. Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and IT infrastructure environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Confidence in managing multiple priorities with an international, cross-functional team. Why Claidroid?
