Job Summary:

Release Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute software/application releases across multiple environments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, QA, Development, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Maintain and communicate the

  release calendar

  , ensuring alignment with business and regulatory milestones.
• Lead

  release readiness reviews

  and

  go/no-go meetings

  .
• Identify and manage release-related risks, dependencies, and compliance documentation.
• Track, monitor, and report release progress, metrics, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to

  change control processes

  following ITIL / ITSM standards.
• Partner with Finance domain leads to maintain

  audit readiness

  and

  regulatory compliance

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6+ years of experience in

  Release Coordination

  or

  Release Management

  , preferably within

  Finance / Banking / Insurance

  sectors.
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC

  ,

  Agile

  , and

  DevOps

  methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  ,

  ServiceNow

  ,

  Git

  ,

  Jenkins

  , etc.
• Familiarity with

  financial systems

  (e.g., Core Banking, Trading, Payments).
• Knowledge of

  compliance frameworks

  : APRA, SOX, PCI-DSS.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Computer Science

  Information Technology

  , or related field.

• ITIL certification

  or equivalent understanding of ITSM principles.
• Experience working on finance-focused technology initiatives.
• Exposure to

  Cloud (AWS/Azure)

  platforms and
