Key Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new customer leads through various channels
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
  • Achieving the monthly sales targets, cross sell assets and fee products

Educational Qualification & Certifications required:

  • Min Graduate (any stream)

Experience Required:

Min 2 years of experience in similar role

Knowledge of Banking products and functioning will be preferred

Preferably from Banking / NBFC domain

Competency & Skills Required:

  • Aggressive sales and target orientation

  • In detail knowledge of products and services being offered

  • Sales & negotiation skills

  • Ability to explain product / service information is a clear and simple manner to the customer

  • Ability to communicate in English and local / regional Vernacular effectively.
