Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in personal loans, business loans, unsecured loans, education loans, car loans/auto loans/two wheeler loans).
Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, insurance policies etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
