Roles and Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through effective relationship management and cross-selling of bank products.
Handle retail liabilities, including deposits, loans, and other financial services.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Sales, Acquisition, Retail Liabilities, Liabilities, Branch Banking, and Liability Products.
1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (Casa).
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
