Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Kochi. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, ensuring communication with clients, handling finance-related tasks, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes regular client meetings, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication
• Understanding of Finance and related processes
• Experience and skills in Sales and achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment or human resources industry is a plus
