Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with bank customers to promote insurance products (life, health, general insurance, etc.)
Achieve assigned sales targets for insurance products through direct selling and cross-selling to bank customers
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions aligned with their financial goals
Conduct regular customer meetings and presentations to explain product benefits and address queries
Coordinate with internal bank staff and insurance partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings
Assist in completing application forms and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines
Follow up on leads provided by the bank and generate new leads through referrals
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy servicing
