Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with bank customers to promote insurance products (life, health, general insurance, etc.)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for insurance products through direct selling and cross-selling to bank customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions aligned with their financial goals
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and presentations to explain product benefits and address queries
  • Coordinate with internal bank staff and insurance partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Assist in completing application forms and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines
  • Follow up on leads provided by the bank and generate new leads through referrals
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy servicing
