Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, regularly communicating with them to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, and resolving any issues that arise
Actively seeking new business opportunities and conducting sales presentations to potential clients
Collaborating with other departments such as product development, marketing, and operations to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
