Job Description

Key Responsibilities Drive sales targets (book size, disbursement volumes, profit, customer retention) through direct sourcing channels, as agreed with Sales Manager/ASM. Provide financial solutions: Home Loans, LAP, Commercial Property, Lease Rental Discounting, Construction Finance (for builders). Source new leads, nurture prospects, maintain funnel; engage with local networks, connectors, builders, brokers, and end customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships—understand needs, cross-sell/up-sell, deliver personalized service. Liaise with ground-level stakeholders, escalate complex cases to management as needed. Maintain pipeline visibility—prepare and submit MIS reports on disbursement, NPAs, targets, credit trends. Collaborate with Risk, Operations and Governance teams to ensure compliance, portfolio quality, and minimal NPAs. Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and regional client preferences to guide strategies. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loans / LAP (Loan Against Property) / Mortgage Loans Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Must have at least 6 months of experience in selling home loans or mortgage-related products Good communication and customer handling skills Field sales experience preferred
