Drive sales of life insurance products through direct or partner channels
Focus exclusively on insurance product sales, meeting individual and team sales targets
Engage with potential customers in the BFSI domain, including banking and CASA segments
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Ensure high levels of job stability, with a preference for candidates showing consistent tenure
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with the latest offerings in the life insurance market
Report daily sales activities and submit MIS reports to management
