Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Ghaziabad, India. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales in the housing finance segment. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, assessing financial needs, explaining available housing loan products, and ensuring smooth loan processes. Additionally, the role involves assisting clients in fulfilling their dream of homeownership while aligning with the organization's financial inclusion goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Sales
• Finance knowledge with the ability to assess and guide customers through housing finance options
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, coupled with a goal-oriented attitude
• Experience in the housing finance or banking sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
