Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Collections to manage our collections team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collections management, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to drive results through effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.
Analyze collection reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the collection process and customer experience.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes regarding collections.

Skills and Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in collections or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of collection processes and legal regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
