Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, taking into account their financial situation and the company's policies and procedures. 3. Update account information in the company's collections system, including notes on the customer's payment history and any payment arrangements made. 4. Identify and escalate accounts that require special attention, such as those with a high balance or a history of delinquent payments. 5. Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections, including regulations related to debt collection practices. 7. Maintain accurate records of calls made and collections made, and provide regular reports on collections activities to the collections team. 8. Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve performance and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. 9. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, collections made, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the company. 10. Perform any other duties as required by the collections team. Qualifications/Calibration: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2.
