Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers across Wealth, CA, and CASA segments.
  • Manage and grow assigned client portfolios to achieve revenue and product targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships through regular client interactions and service follow-up.
  • Cross-sell investment, liability, and transactional banking products.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an RM in Wealth, Current Account, or CASA portfolios.
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of banking products, financial planning, and customer profiling.
  • Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple client segments.
